National Park Visitor Centre, Danby
An exhibition of postcard sized art, 4" x 6", inspired by the North Yorkshire moors. This was a real challenge as I normally work much larger than this. However, it was hugely enjoyable spending so much time out in the wild, high places of the moors, where the weather can change at the drop of a hat. After initial sketches in soft pastels I settled on oils on boxed canvas for the final pieces.

The Exchange, North Shields
A group exhibition with the Whitley Bay Hub of Network Artists North East. There was a really good turn out for preview evening, which had been organised by Karen at the Exchange, with live music and even putting fresh flowers on the table.
